Our training programs are designed to build a solid foundation with a focus on stabilization, mobility, and functional strength. We incorporate plyometric bodyweight exercises, compound dumbbell lifts, and mixed martial arts disciplines like boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, and jiu-jitsu to empower you to become stronger both physically and mentally.

Kendrick is an incredible trainer, coach, and mentor with amazing depth of experience, knowledge, and wisdom. He is always willing to answer questions and explain how to make the most out of your training. I highly recommend him to anyone, at any fitness level. He does a little bit of everything: body weight exercises, martial arts training, weights, and also does personal and group training. I go to him 3 times a week! Great program! I love the accountability from the trainers and the weekly check-ins. The app is also nice and is pretty easy to use. Alexis helps me to stay focused on my goals weekly and she is very flexible and willing to adjust my training according to my fitness needs while still pushing me and holding me accountable to my goals. Both Kendrick and Alexis take into consideration that I am a working mother of 5 and wife and I appreciate that they structure my goals around my busy life!
