Kids boxing
(Ages: 3-6, Duration 30 minutes)
(Ages: 6-12, Duration 45 minutes) children will learn the fundamentals of boxing that will help them improve their mental toughness, cardiovascular health, physical health, discipline, attention span, and control there emotions. Sparring is voluntary after class with permission from parents and is not required for non-competitors.
Cardio Boxing
(DURATION 45 minutes) This class is a great for getting in top physical shape. You will be running, jumping rope, hitting heavy bag, and calisthenics to give you that nice boxer physique.
Cardio Kickboxing
(DURATION 45 minutes) This class is going to improve your hip mobility, also strengthen and define your legs. You will be running, jumping rope, hitting the long bags with a variety of kicks!
Amateur Boxing
​ (DURATION 1HR:30M) The main focus is getting you ready for competition. Participants will partake in sparring training to get them ready for the ring.
Kids Wrestling
Ages: 3-6, Duration 30 minutes)
(Ages: 6-12, Duration 45 minutes) kids will learn folk and freestyle wrestling. Starr wrestling is a form of wrestling done in the United States that is allowed in high school and colleges across the US. Freestyle is an international former wrestling that is also Olympic sport students will learn how to rescue on a collegiate level and international level.
Adult Strength and Conditioning
S/C is a 45 minute long, high intensity, circuit that involves calisthenic, resistance, bands, dumbbells, cardio and barbell lifts that will help you strengthen every muscle in your body and burn calories long after you finish your workout.
Amateur Kickboxing
(DURATION 1HR:30M) LEARN K1 and MUAY THAI KICKBOXING. The main focus is getting you ready for competition. Participants will partake in sparring training to get them ready for the ring.
MMA
(DURATION 1 Hour)
learn how to transition from striking to ground fighting. This class involves a series of drills that help you learn how to transition from one form of fighting to the next. Great for combat sport enthusiast.
Jiujitsu
(Duration 1HR:30M)
Learn the gentle art that is not gentle if you get caught making a mistake. Earn your black belt in one of the most popular martial arts there is. Participants are encouraged to spar with each other after classes.
