FIGHT MODE GYM's Summer Warrior Camp offers an exciting and engaging summer experience for kids and teenagers aged 6-12. Our program combines professional boxing, MMA, and fitness training with fun activities and educational experiences, fostering physical development, discipline, and self-confidence. We aim to provide a safe, supportive, and energetic environment where campers can learn valuable skills, make new friends, and build lifelong memories.
OBJECTIVE
Our summer camp is designed to help participants develop fundamental boxing and MMA techniques while improving overall physical fitness, strength, and endurance. Through structured training and team-based activities, we foster discipline, respect, and teamwork among campers. The program also aims to promote self-confidence and resilience, offering a fun and engaging environment where personal growth is encouraged. In addition to athletic training, campers will learn about healthy lifestyles and proper nutrition, making this a well-rounded and empowering summer experience.

Weekly Activity Variations:
Each week at camp is structured to keep things exciting and well-rounded. Mondays are all about boxing, with a focus on technique and footwork to build solid fundamentals. On Tuesdays, we shift gears to MMA, working on grappling and clinching techniques. Wednesdays are dedicated to fitness and conditioning to help campers boost their strength and stamina. Thursdays bring everything together with skill application through sparring drills and pad work. We wrap up the week on Fridays with fun games, team challenges, and exciting field trips, making every week both productive and memorable.

Field Trip and Activity Ideas
Our camp also features exciting weekly excursions and special activities that promote physical activity, teamwork, and personal growth. Campers will enjoy a Beach Day filled with swimming, beach games, and outdoor fitness challenges. They'll take on physical challenges and build camaraderie during visits to a rock climbing facility or indoor adventure park. Nature lovers will explore local parks or nature preserves through hiking and outdoor activities. Water-based fun continues at swimming pools or water parks, combining fitness with play. When available and affordable, we also attend professional sports games or events for added inspiration. Campers will gain practical life skills through a self-defense class led by local law enforcement officers and a nutrition and health session with a local nutritionist, ensuring they leave camp empowered and informed.

Safety and Supervision
The safety and well-being of our campers are our top priorities. All activities will be supervised by certified instructors and trained staff to ensure a safe and supportive environment. First-aid and CPR certified personnel will be on-site at all times, and safety equipment will be provided for all combat sports activities. We have a detailed emergency action plan in place to handle any unexpected situations swiftly and effectively. Additionally, all staff members undergo thorough background checks to ensure the highest standard of care and security.
